This professional development course provides you the knowledge and the skills in designing and calculating Jigs and Fixtures based on engineering design standards.
Introduction
This Course provide tooling engineers with a theoretical fundamental knowledge in design jigs & fixtures. It provides basic knowledge in fixture design, Jig design keeping in mind the shape, size, function of the parts. General workflow for designing jigs & fixtures will be discussed in this course. The end of the course participants will have good design knowledge to apply on their nature of work.

Martin Stefan Mueller holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl. Ing. (FH)) from the University of Applied Sciences ULM/ Germany. He has joined IME Group of Companies in 2012 as a Senior Engineer.
Overall, Martin has more than 17 years in various industries and different fields. His knowledge includes technical drawings, calculation, design and production methods. In these years, he was mainly engaged in R&D departments and has developed more than 20 products from scratch. Martin’s background in various fields and his fast learning abilities helped his companies to succeed on their goals.
He developed his own GD&T, Jigs & Fixtures and Stack-Up Analysis course based on his in-depth knowledge and experience which he gained during his long career in various industries.
